WEEK 6.5: VOKI & FLIPGRID

Voki is basically an application that enables the users to create videos by customizing various avatars and sound templates. It is a useful tool in online teaching since it provides creativity for both students and teachers and makes the teaching process even more efficient and engages students in. Flipgrid is also another tool that is used by teachers or students to create videos in order to make learning more efficient. The only difference between Voki and Flipgrid is that: Voki provides customization of the videos while the Flipgrid doesn't.

MINDMEISTER

MindMeister is a free platform for users to create mindmaps, do brainstorming with multiple group members. It has many different mindmap, brainstorming, listing all types of templates and offers many different choices. WEEK 9: SECOND LIFE

Second Life is a game and an online platform that allows people to create their own avatar however they like, come together, meet and have conversation through chat box or microphone. It also allows people to meet up at a certain place together so this can also be applied into online classes to make them more entertaining and engaging for students by also enabling them to explore this online platform. As an example, here is a video from when I met up with my friends on Second Life and gave some information about the game:
